Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DevOps Plus services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Service Description
DevOps Plus provides managed IT infrastructure services including:
- Cloud infrastructure and VPS hosting
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management
- Cybersecurity monitoring and protection
- Enterprise email and communication services
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for:
- Any unlawful purpose or illegal activities
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Unauthorized access to systems or data
- Activities that disrupt or overload our infrastructure
Payment Terms
Service fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Service Level Agreement
We commit to 99.9% uptime for our managed services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be issued for qualifying downtime events as outlined in your service agreement.
Data Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we implement security measures and regular backups, ultimate responsibility for data integrity rests with you. Security is a shared responsibility between DevOps Plus and the customer.
Intellectual Property
All software, tools, and documentation provided by DevOps Plus remain our intellectual property. Your data and content remain your property. We do not claim ownership of customer data stored on our systems.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation. Use of Services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
DevOps Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately for Terms violations or non-payment.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Iran. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran. For international customers, disputes may be resolved under ICC rules.
